Alright, i was told by someone that once you complete the main quest (which i have) the morag tong will offer special Grandmaster writs of execution. i talk to them about it and all i get is "there are no writs at this tim, Grandmaster". so was i lied to? or is this a bug? and if its a bug, how can i get around it?

You must have an option to talk about a certain people or a certain place. Click their name. then ask about them. In another words, click every option.

ok, i figured i'd ask another couple of questions o as not to waist the thread. first, when one is about to destroy the heart of lorkhan, is it possible to hit it in a special way so as to become a god like the game says Dagoth Ur will tell you to? cause he told me nothing about that. two, if you complete an execution for the morag tong and its reported as a crime, will they take away all stolen items from you even if you present the writ of execution.

No, you have to hit it as the way game intend you to hit. No other way. I have tried lots of times too. How I wish me character can turn into a god too.

When you first do your morag tong execution quest. it will be reported as a crime and your stuff is taken away from you. subsequent quests won't have that problem.

To be on the safe side, just sneak and kill them with a melee weapon OR sneak from far away and shoot them with a range weapon. It won't be reported as a crime.

right. oh, and attacking them with marksmanship weapons wouldn't usually work on morag tong missions since most targets are in buildings with so many walls that you can't get too far away, or it would make marksmanship weapons worthless

Markmanship weapon works for me through and through. Beside, if you kill them in one hit it won't be counted as a crime.

Your writ will be usuable for the moment you kill someone and get caught. They won't accept your writ for another time.

If you can find the 100% invisible potion you can kill who ever you want and never be blamed for it, that's what I've always done. If your skill is high enough you can make your own Invisibility potion.
The ingrediants for Invisibility are:
1.Bittergreen Petals
2.Diamond
3.Treated bittergreen Petals

also make sure you have a Mortar and Pestle to mix it all.
