What next?

In Tribunal, I've been asked to find the broken bits of a sword, but no one seems to know what I'm talking about.

The king has given me his father's dagger, and asked me to do something-- can't remember what-- and his captian wants me to root out the dis-loyal guards [I'm reluctant as I don't much blame 'em for being dis-loyal]...

So, any hints as how to advance any of these? I'm bored with goblin hunting...

Oh, I accidentally trapped a goblin soul in azura's star: any way to get it out? If I sell it, can I get it back?

talk to some of the guards, then talk to the captain, he'll tell you what to do next.

just enchant some cheap item with the soul, then the azura star will be empty.

OK, thanks-- for some reason it didn't occur to me to simply 'dump' the goblin soul by enchanting something...

As to the 'disloyal guards' thing, I don't much give a rat's patootie: not a big fan of the king, what with him trying to have me killed and all... I'll probably try and find them, just to lend 'em a hand, if possible.

So how 'bout that broken sword? Any one want to give me a nudge towards getting that plot thread going?

Find one piece from " an important person " , another piece from a " kinda like a scholar person ".

Found 'em, put them togther, used them for thier intended purpose: boy, that was fast! I expected this expansion pack to take longer to complete the main quest. A little unkind, I think, for the designers not to give you any hints at all about who to talk to... You've pretty much just got to stumble on the right person[s], who then can stear you to the others.

But now I've decided I simply have to do something about that wormy little king, so there are still things to do!
