If you have the game on Win XP, how does it run? Can you play it on XP? Just wanted to find out before I purchase. Also, is there a patch site? Thanks.

it runs great!
there's a coupla tricks you gotta do to force NT to work with it, but it's extremely simple to do. thru the looking glass has a great faq for system shock 2 it explains how to set up the forceNT trick and addies for the patches, etc.

i'm replaying it in between a few other games and it's JUST as scary now as it was then. be sure to look up the REBIRTH mod too. it updates the models to higher polygon counts and really makes the game look incredible!

Thanks Vesselle!

But I was able to find some info myself. I got the patch to upgrade to version 2.3 and also got another exe patch to replace the old one so that it could run on WinXP. If anyone wants the two patches, send me PM and I try to send you the patches. I have dial-up.
