seriously check it out, just right click this link and download it:
http://www.freewebs.com/wtsampson/Neo%20Announcer.zip  stick the file inside the zip file inside the zip file into your music folder, creating a backup of course for the original in another folder, and just play like usual, you'll notice a pretty big differince, and less of an annoyance! That's right, It's ME!!! Muwhahahaha

yeah but you have to open it then open the zip inside the zip and put that file into your "Sounds Folder" in the "UT 2003 Folder" which is probably on your "C:" drive if you have it, then play the game and I'm automatically the announcer
