Does anyone know what determines if you get the option to rememorize as if you had rested?
That is a very useful option, but it does not come up enough. I think my wis is at 19-20.

It is random, and you improve the chance that it appears by having high WIS.
Which is why I use a Project Image + Wish combo with my Sorcerer. At 18 WIS, the chance is about 12.5%. |

Yeah, I usually let my PI handle these duties as well. But by the time I want to use it I have 4 or 5 PI's left, but only 2-3 of wish.
On a related topic, whats a good way to get rid of a PI thats usefulness has ended(no more wish to cast). If I dispel, I usually take off some of my real guys protections, and if not they last so loooooonngg.

I fiddled with the wish spell once with NearInfinity and made it so that Rest was always cast. Unlimited spells sort of ruined it though, but its faster than PI and Wishing till you get the option.
As for getting rid of the PI, I just have him cast a Skull Trap at me, when Im hit he dies instantly. I always have Prot from Magic Energy on, and with Belt of Inertia the Skull Trap actually heals me if Im damaged as well. |
