Bruma Vampire killing quest

I am supposed to talk to the innkeeper Olav about the Vampire killer (forget his name, starts wit a R) and raised his dispostion to the max and he won't help me out. Any ideas?

Try to raise your personality as well through spells or potions.

You can probably only initiate a dialogue after midnight, have you tried that already ?

This is the mission called A Brotherhood Betrayed.
This was one of my first mission when I was starting so I won't spoil the whole thing but this should get you started.

SPOILER Ahead but only to get you started!!

Starts out you hear by rumor that a Vampire Hunter is in the town of Bruma. and that you could find out more at the home of Brandon lirrian's house. when you arive there it must be Daylight & early morning between 9 A.M. and 10 A.M..
Walk straight into the house and you will be confronted by the city Guard Carius Runrllius inside doing an investigation. when you aproach him he will tell you that this is a crime scene and he'll order you to leave. at this point Boost his Disposition to at least 70 and he will tell you the story about Raynil Dralas the Vampire Slayer and that the now late Mr. Brandon was a Vampire. You will then need to Speak to Brandons Wife and ashe will tell you her husban was no Vampire he just worked the night shift and he did go out during the day at times so he ciuldn't be a vampire and could you please help prove he wasn't one, Now go to a number of stores and shops and find out about what happened and has anyone seen Raynil Dralas because you want to speak with him. When you do this like most missions the only way you will ever get any imformation is by boosting the Disposition of each person you speak with to above 70 then ask them again what they know after they are above 70 your now their friend and they spill the beans.
This mission Must be completed in that day before sunset or you will lose out on the treasures to be gotton from it because the real killer will escape town and be gone forever with the treasure. so hurry and when you head for the cave take a very good weapon.

This is all I'm going to say except this was the first mission I ever died doing so be prepaired for a good fight.

I discovered that even if dispostions are maxe4d, you can still raise them by bribery Thanks

Yeah, almost with every npcs I had to raise disposition, even if I maxed it, I still had to give the 300-400 gold before it would work.

I think for this particular npc I pickpocketed the key to the room of him instead.
