This is one of the few things I never done before in my whole wiz8 gaming history.
I see some sort of a lift there but I can never find a way to get inside. Anyone knows?

You can't. You get the stuff from in them via a tube-teller system operated elsewhere using deposit slips. There are four altogether; three in one place and one in another.
