How are you meant to get the guy in the wild people camp to the SE to bocome leader. Iv'e killed the bad guy & his followers.

Remember to collect artifacts from the bad guy and his followers. After that talk to wise lady ( I think ). talk to the guy and then give him the artifacts you collected to make him the new leader.
