according to www.mindflay.com golden apples are Restore Magic (Pwr 1). by comparison, your mana potions are Restore Magic (Pwr 6)

AFAIK, golden apples are import items from CotDS only.

AFAIK - As far as I know
IMHO - In my humble opinion CotDS - Crusaders of the Dark Savant (Wiz 7) IOW - In other words OTOH - On the other hand ... These and others are used alot. I use my imagination and the context in the sentence to figure them out

Sultan: The only patch that I have installed was the one that fixed the Ascention Peak lockup. I was pickpocketing Ferro when I got the apples.( along with a dead frog and a bunch of other odd stuff) IMHO pickpocketing is one of the most important skills to bring up. It frequently gets you objects, weapons and armor long before you could buy them, or arrive at a place that sells them. At the time of the aquisition, my PP was around 65, with an additional 15 for the bracelet (of whatever). I usually use a Bard so that I can charm them before pickpocketing. For some reason, that seems to work better? Good Luck.
