First of all where is the character that is suppose to remove the "price on your head" in Bolmara
Which bloody guild should I side with? If I stick with the Fighters I will eventualy have to turn against the Theives. I've done a number of quests for the blades, right now Im a sitting duck, dunno what to do next hehe |

The npc who removes your fine in Balmora is in The South Wall (thieves guild), but you have to be a member.
You don't have to take sides. You can join any or all guilds if you like. Conflicts between the guilds will occur, but can be solved. C

You can become guildmaster of both the thieves and fighters guild, just don't go on a killing spree and you'll be fine. Just join as much guilds as possible.

You might screw things up by joining thieves and fighters, but use your head and you will be fine. All the other guilds don't conflict.

emmm..the imperial legion may have a conflict with the mage guild. but you'll be fine too if you are careful.
