So I've had WC3 for about a year now and never actually played it. Yes I know It's outdated compared to some of the stuff right now but I'm just playing it at work mainly when my COH is at home

If you have installed both discs then you can play both RoC and FT. Downloading the latest FT will also update RoC. The single player campaign which starts in RoC goes on in FT, so if you don't want to spoil yourself about the FT storyline I suggest you complete the RoC campaign first. If you don't know how to play the game the tutorial campaign is a pretty good place to start and it actually starts the story which continues on in the main campaigns.
Hope that helps!

Yes, definately do the Tuturial Campaign first. It's an important part of the storyline

yeah but it's a major pain in the ass if you know the basics of click, move, etc. Besides, I found that even with knowing the results of RoC, the FT campaign didn't have alot of overlap. But that's just me.

Who cares about campaing, the online wc3 gaming world, also well known to gamers as battle.net is the place to have REAL fun. DL the latest FT patch, choose your realm, connect to battle net and play custom maps/fun maps, ladder games such as random team, arranged team, free for all or solo.

Tyranyuz is right the online asspect of the game is real cool. If you have the basics of micro(clicking and moving). Go ahead on hook up to b-net. If are a familar with on-line gaming you will understand if some people call you a noob(some one that is not so good). I find b-net a very competive enviroment.
![]() But I enjoyed the single-player asspect as well. You get to play all races. So this gives you a feel on what race you may want to play on b-net. Or you can also play random which is the best. ![]()
