I don't think there's any quest involving the girls themselves, but there is a fighters guild quest to get a debt repaid by the bartender, if I remember correctly. Plus there is a bounty hunter there who you can aid or refuse in his quest.

The owner and the girls are possibly involved in a Redoran Stronghold quest depending on how you play out the quest.
