Alright, I am not sure if it's a mispelling, or to confuse me, but I have walked around trying almost everything for two days!!!!!!!!!! I am supposed to get The Great Houses all to name me hortator, well, I hate politics, and they are as crooked in this game as they are in real life! Anyway, can anyone throw me a bone on the last Hllalu councellor, I talked to all but one, you know, the guy who noone knows where he lives, but he has been seen "in" or "on" St. Olms canton in Vivec. Dram Bero, That's the little bastard! I swear if I find hime I'm gonna have to beat the crap out of him later, after I am hortator! THE WEASEL MUST BE AROUND HERE SOMEWHERE!!!!!!!!! He's probably tokin on the skooma pipe with Caius, but only he isn't inhaling I bet. Any help apprciated I'll give you 5,000 septims, eh?
