Vi/Vaporizer

I have 2 questions:

1. Went back to Arnika to gather up Vi before I go to the SE Wilderness area to free the prisoners and kill the King, and she's not there. Where is she?

2. I have the vaporizer weapon. I can't seem to make it work. I have a gadgeteer that is a level 20, has an engineer skill of 70 and a modern weapon skill level of 107. I am told that to use this weapon I need to be a level 11 gadgeteer and a level 60 engineer. What do I have to do to make it work?

Any help would be appreciated!!

first time rescue her from the shot downed ship. after that find her in heli place, the building .next to the bank.

you need I think power pack for that thing to work.

Untill she disappears from there at some point of the game.

As Bomb stated, she'll disappear if you dismiss her late in the game. That is, if you currently have all three devices. It only counts if you have them with you; if you dropped eachc in in a chest as soon as you get it, you won't trigger this.

If this isn't the case with your party:
If you play with unpatched version, there is a bug that may cause RPSs to disappear permanently. I don't know wheter upgrading helps. It happened to me with the Samurai once, and once with Saxx and Sparkle.

If your gadgeteer is Madras, and you forced him into an area where he don't like to go, he is hexxed. This condition lowers his skill by 20.
