sulipund& punabi directions (SPOILER)

i know this has been discussed before, since i looked it up and tried to follow the directions given. i'm at the dunmer fortress facing the lake; i've gone north, east and west and have not find these 2 locations. i know this may seem harsh, but i'm in some extreme conditions (now i have atranochs all over the place..), so can anyone give me some exact directions? i appreciate it.

also, dont give me directions as in north, but if i were a person in the game (as in turn left, face right).. i haven't gotten the directions down yet, and not having any clarification (arrows saying N or S..) kinda annoys me, especially since the stupid mage guild gives crummy directions. again, i appreciate it.

Hey Nanobyte!

I had trouble with this also, because the directions for this are not very good.

First of all, you need to understand how to use the map.
The top of the map is north.
The left side is west.
The right side is east.
And the bottom is south.
When your curser on the map is pointing up, you are facing north.

To find Silipund, face the lake [which is north]
and follow the trail between the hills that stays on the left side [the west side] of the lake.

i appreciate the help, but after posting this i took one more chance at finding it. lucky me, i did. i got the debt from that woman in punabi and went a little exploring. turns out she was doing more than just research.. killed the stupid frost atranoch and then i guess they all went hostile. anyways, i would like to clarify directions as best i can:

while standing on the dunmer fortress, (starts with a M, should be marked on the map close to suran) you should walk straight until you reach the water's edge. turn left and follow that path until it splits into 2 directions. (one leading farther ahead, and one leading to the right) follow the path that follows the lake, (the right one) as the other will lead farther into red mountain. punabi might be overlooked, (on the right) but sulipund looks like one of those dunmer temples in town. (on the left)
