The implications of the word "LOG" in English are slightly deceptive in this case!

It's more of a mini-boggy spot than a swamp, and the "log" is a STUMP. In English usage and common experience, pieces of trees called "Logs" are lying flat on the ground, not standing up.

It's loo-og, loo-og,
it's heavy, it's hard, it's wood.

It's loo-og, loo-og,
it's better than bad, it's good!

Ah, how I love Ren & Stimpy! ^_^

Anyways, thanks for the log/stump tip. I knew there was something bogus there, specially since it's the only stump with any text at all (at least the only one I could find).

That's just one of my former careers overpowering me! (Where, if on the physical globe, IS "Erencia"?) Anyway, the last salaried work I was doing was teaching computer applications and operations, and I had a great time doing it. Maybe I should've been a teacher for the thirty years I spent in the insurance business instead?

But the term "log" will most likely be misleading to someone whose birth language is English.
