I'll start a couple easy ones, more later.

These recipes come from scrolls you get the hand on after a few quests in the Mage guild of Balmora. I haven't tried all those recipes, correct me if i'm wrong.

Breath underwater:

the big problems are SIDE EFFECTS, STRENGTH EFFECTS, MIXTURE EFFECTS

in general u can say:
every two incredients with the same feature will make a nice potion
if u use 3 u got a stronger potion and so on

i wonder if it is possible to make the 'ultimate healing potion' which kills u at instance

ok u need:
an alchemy set (every qualtity is fine) (e.g. top of tower in Caldera)
+1000 gold
an incredients seller (e.g. at the bottom of the mage's guild in Balmora)

He has Small Kwama Egg (5) and Crab meat (5)
both replenish on sell and fits for a potion (restore fatique)

The bug is, when you buy ingredients from the vendor, and then sell them back to the vendor, the instantly replenishable stock doesn't go back down to what it started as, (5), and instead, becomes 10, essentially duping the ingredient via the vendor. So do this:

Buy 5 crab meat, 5 small Kwama eggs
Sell both items back
(Now the vendor should have 10 of each of the items)
Buy 10 crab meat, 10 eggs
Sell back
Buy 20 of each
Sell back
Buy 40 of each
and so on...

Don't make to large stocks!!! - game can crash when manipulating them!!! - save alot!!!

NOW MAKE POTIONS AND REST AND MAKE AND REST AND SEARCH A NEW VENTOR ...

Good starting town receipe:

Spore Pods + Luminous Russola = Fatigue. Obviously, you don't want to take fatigue potions. But those two ingredients are very common and the potions sell for 25 drakes each. PLUS, you work on your Alchemy skill.

Restore Health Potion:

Haven't found an EFFECTIVE receipe yet. I've made some way too weak ones piggy-backed onto other potions. FOR EXAMPLE:

Scuttle + Saltrice + Resin = Healing Restore-Fatigue potion:

1 Health/ 4 seconds
6 Fatigue/18 seconds

Once I get it going at high levels, it'll be called "Elspeth's Supercharger and De-Wormer."

A simple, early game, plentiful ingredients healing potion is:

Corkbulb + Marshmarrow = {(2pts/second)/5 seconds} = 10 pts.

Restore health: Any two or more of Corkbulb root, Corprus Weepings, Emerald, Marshmerrow, Resin, Saltrice, anad Wickwheat.

Strength depends primarily on your skill and the quality of your equipment. I'm made mostly the Saltrice with Marshmerrow, Resin, or Wickwheat.
