It's not surprising that the posts here might seem a bit strange to you as this board is a bit diferent than the other boards here at IronWorks/Escape Forums. Where the other boards are places where a person can find help or information about specific CRPGs, such as the BG series or Icewind Dale, or simply discuss issues and ideas as in the General Discussion board, this is a board where each thread is its own game. The posts that you read here are made 'in character' and the threads themselves are roleplaying games of a variety of types -- most are based on some version of AD&D rules, but not all of them are D&D style games. As you read the different threads here, please know that you are most welcome to participate in the activity of this board. Most of the games are open to new players and if you are interested in joining one of them you can probably do so by simply sending a PM to the person who started the particular thread that interests you. Again, welcome!
