It's in the guarded compound (temple district, marked on the map). It's a very nice katana.

Celestial Fury is THE BEST katana, in my opinion. Its in the Guarded Compound in the temple district. ITs a tough fight, with some demons, but with all items and treasure taken from the place, you got about 30000 gp worth of items, armour, and some really nice goods to keep.

I recently got that katana and no-one in my party is proficient with katanas! aaaarrrrgh! The battle is quite tough but I have never fought the twisted rune people.
