Cromwell the Dwarf?

I'm getting ready to finish and wanted to tie up any loose quests/upgrades. I never found this guy. Where is he and what can he do? Also what items do I need to take with me through last chapter for later upgrades? I have Gesen bow pieces, Equalizer gem and blade, wave shaft and blade, rogue stones, kings tears. Also is there a web site that lists items rather than walkthrough?

He's in the docks district, in the south-east corner. It should be marked on the map. You won't need the rogue stones and kings tears.

He can be found in the southeastern part of the docksdistrict.
The items you have to bring..i'm not completely sure anymore...

I played through last chapter and you do use rogue stone for an upgrade from the imp in TOB. Also had following in my bank- any idea what they for?
hand of Dace
ankheg skull
gagged man
grinning skull
sundial
star, sun, sword medalion
deck of many things

Everything except the ankheg shell and deck of many things are quest items and you can drop them after they are used once. The shell can be made into a good plate armor and the deck I'm sure does something magical but I try to dabble in the arts as little as possible.

Yes, sorry, I meant you don't need the gems in SoA. None of those items are useful, except the deck of many things, but it doesn't make an item, you just use it on its own I think. Oh you can make ankheg armour as well with the ankheg shell. Cromwell can make that.
