Ok Im not sure if spelling is right hehe but its something like Monaton. This guy has apparently been captured by Harpers. The farthest I got was to get into Harper building at the Docks, put their special necklace on, I spoke to those spirit like creatures but now Im stuck, when I report back to Xen my character tells him that Monaton has become a bird or something like that and Xen still wants him! Help anyone I'd like to finish this little annoying quest hehe

Go to the second floor and stop for a while. There is a door to the right of your character, go through that door and you will find a aviary( large bird cage). Go inside the aviary and clickie on the tree to capture a bird, now you have got your birdie.

Typically the best way to get a 'birdie' is to shoot a score that is one less than 'par' on that particular hole. In this case; however, you need to click on the birdcage to get the bird. Bird, bird, bird... bird is the word.
