I just got Baldur's Gate and am having major trouble getting it installed. I insert Disc 1, click Install, nothing happens, and after a few moments the window goes away. If anyone has had or seen this problem and knows how to overcome it I would appreciate any input. I hear it's a great game. Thanks in advance.

Hey! personally, I have not seen that problem, and all I would think of is to try different routes of installation, such as Run, under start menu, or Add/remove programs from the Utilities. The reason I say this is because some machines do not automatically go and open up a file. Maybe I am way off base here, though, so hang in there, and someone will be along soon to help.

Thanks for the input. I called the Tech. Support line and they halped a lot. Apparently a minute amount of tape from opening the dics package sometime adheres to the disc and need to be wiped off. Go figure.
