Can I leave the planar sphere to appease Nalia and come back? Ive already defeated tolgerias and Lovac.

Well, you must now get a heart from one of the big demons outside and put it into the Sphere's engine, then, you will be returned to Athkatla and you can then exit the sphere and talk to Nalia.
