I have questions about the Crom Faeyr.
1) Who can use this weapon? 2) Where is this weapon found? (if its in pieces please give locations) 3) is it any good? any help is welcome

1. Everybody who can uses war hammers.
2. Spoiler as to where the pieces are - Scroll with true name : shadow dragon - Hammer of thunderbolts : mindflayer liar in Athkatla sewers - gauntlets of ogre power; planar sphere - girdle of frost giant strength ; Kua toa dungeon, underdark 3. It sets the wielder's STR to 25. There're also some secondary attacks (electrical based) but I can't remember what they are right now.

it also kills trols and minor golems (flesh, stone, clay) with a single hit.
it's the best weapon to dual-wield with, placing it in the off-hand. |

I put Crom Fayer to Minsc's right hand and to tha left the rune hammer of TOB and he got an extraordinnarily good THAC0 (-14 and -11) plus a 25 strenght and the ability to kill Ettins, Trolls etc in one blow.
