Question for those of you who know BG2 inn and out

If you have cared enough to take a look at this topic, it must meen you are an expert in BG2. So know I am going to ask you:
how do you enter Ralic Gethras house?
I just cant find it out!
And I also have a question about The Unseeing Eye quest. How do youget to the inner chambers? I have killed both the blind cleric and the unseeing eye.
If you know the answer of one, or maybe both of the questions, I would like to know.

You know the find trap abilities on one of your thieves proberly Yoshimo if you have him or Nalia walk around a little bit and eventually a secret passage will be discovered.

I dont know exactly who Rayic Gethra is, but I know he has a big house in the Docks District, just north of the Harper Base (Galvarey Estate).

You need to go talk to Renal Bloodscalp and sign up for the Thieve's quests. You'll get to "meet" Rayic for the 2nd quest.

Unseeing Eye Inner Chambers: You need to go on the quest for the unseeing eye. It's after half of a rod of great power. If you just attacked the head blind priest guy you'll need to re-load and talk to him instead.

Simply open the gate and proceed into that house,in it are mephits (1st level)
golems (2nd Level) and Rayic (3rd level)

You are asked at some point by Mae'var(you know who he is, don't you?) to kill this fellow Ralic Gethras or smt. Then you'll find the doors unlocked if you go at night.

This is related to the quest given to you by Renal Bloodscalp. Go to the Shadow Thieves stronghold and go to the second floor to meet Renal Bloodscalp. He will ask you to spy on a suspected traitor, Mae'var. Work for Mae'var and eventually you will meet up with Edwin, Edwin gives you the task of assassinating Ralic Gethras.

Warning: There are Stone Golems in there, so you better make sure you have +2 or better weapons.

? ... ... You killed the Unseeing Eye? Isn't the Unseeing Eye in the inner chambers?

Anyway, the 'correct' way is to talk with the Blind Priest first, and accept his offer to work for them. You must then talk with the rebels who quit the cult and agree to help them. Find the first half of the rod in the Temple where diseased people guard it and agree to help the God Avatar there. Go back to the rebels and inform them of your success, they will give a pasword, go back to the cult area, search for the rebel's agent, give him the password and he will allow you into the inner chamber.
