im at him with a solo fighter/druid lvl 7/30 and im having some serious trouble takin him down, i got close once but never was able to get him down passed injured again, i'd welcome any tips you may have

If you're having trouble defeating a particularly strong opponent my advice would be to summon some cannon fodder creatures to distract the monster whilst you go to town with ranged weapons.
The problem with some creatures is high magic resistance deflecting most of your offensive spells. Give it a go...

heh i dont have any ranged weapons, my fighter/druid is a scimitar dual weidler (grandmastery level) although as i was going to bed last night i had an idea, during the fight my globe of blades was useless due to his stoneskin blocking it, what was trashing him even just a little was the fire damage from him hitting me with flaming aura of death going, and the 1D4 ice damage from my scimitar
im thinking since im grandmastered in club too (love dual classing on humans) i think ill grab a nice club with good elemental damage to put in my off hand to replace my other scimitar (physical damage only) to add in more elemental damage, with improved haste from my ring of gaxx and simicurlum from my helm we are talking 2 of me packing 8 attacks per round, combined with flaming aura of death hits that little extra elemental damage from a club might do the trick. all else fails ill go farther into the game so i can be able to turn into the slayer. simucurlum, buff up, both slayer change (ill just buy back reputation) and gut em that way with slayer's nice elemental hits |
