Remember the man who is walking around and wants to be a hero(his name is "Neeber" in Trademet? He's keep talking with you. If you listen to him he'll talk about dragons, then genies. And at last, he'll say you had been very kind to me please take these stones and you'll gain 10.000 xp EACH, total 60.000 XP points. I don't feel this is another quest, as Noober in BG1 does the same. It really isn't hidden either. If I remember correctly, he says "Heya!" and walks up to you. If not, then most gamers would recognize that this peasant has something important to say, since having a name other than Commoner usually means something.

I think you get 1000 quest xp not 10,000. But being patient sure pays off.

I thought the same happens in BGI when you're being harrased by Noober. You'll get XP when you listen long enough to them.
