I suggest something like this:
Fighter 1: +++ two handed swords ++ halberd + two handed weapon style Fighter 2: ++ longswords ++ mace ++ two weapon style Mage: + quarterstaff + sling Cleric: + dagger + quarterstaff Bard: ++ short swords ++ two weapon style ++ club There. I think I have the right number of profs. see ya! |

Can clerics use daggers? I'd put one slot on sling for the cleric.

what kind of Bard are you playing?
you might want to use a Palladin in your party and to use coramyr(2 h sword) instead of one of the fighters.... |

Instead of ** on Mace on FIghter 2 as Sir Exxon says i should recommend that on War Hammer. That class Crom Fayr is.
But you will gain level so you can do like SIr Exxon says and take those 2 on WH when you gain lvl.

Just a quick note;
Clerics can't use piercing/slashing weapons. They are restricted to maces, clubs, flails, staffs, hammers etc so cannot use daggers. Bards cannot place more than one slot into any one proficiency. (appart from the Blade and thats only in 2 weapon style) Rather than spreading the proficiencies out with each fighter, specialise a particular weapon type for each one e.g use ***** two handed swords, * 2-handed weapon style (moving to ** at level 9) for one fighter. Use ***** katana for the other (if you can handle a tough fight with a low level party, the reward is an excellent katana which you can go for as soon as you've escaped the dungeon). When more proficiencies become available, start placing them in dual wielding and say longswords for the second fighter. I agree with Sir Exxons Mage suggestion. For the Cleric, place * in hammers, maces, sword and shield style The Bard should be proficient in the longsword, katana, long/short bow and scimitar. [ 01-30-2002: Message edited by: Jim ] |
