I am having severe trouble killing the Greater Werewolf, Iron and Stone golems on the Firekreeg quest. Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong - gracias

Axe +2, Sword +1, Mace +1, Staff Mace +?, Arrows +2 - I pretty much throw everything at them

You shouldn't have any trouble with the Stone Golems. The weapons you listed will all hit them. Greater werewolves regenerate unbelievably quick. You have to do maximum damage with them and I think you need +2 or +3 weapons to hit them. If you have mages will Melf's Minute Meteors, these can be used against those golems too. Cast improved haste and start hurling meteors.
Don't forget to use summons, they can distract them for a couple of rounds while you pound away. Btw, Welcome to the board!!! |

I never fight the big ones head to head. I always retread behing a doorway and whack them with azuredge from a safe distance until dead.
The bigger they are, the faster I run!

How to kill warewolves? When I encountered the one which appears through the portal in the Asylum dungeon, I killed him the first time quite easily, but I let the demon out too soon and had to reaload; the second time I just couldnt kill the warewolf, he regenerated too fast, despite using +3 weapons and spells.
