I feel like I am gonna get laughed at for this one, but where do you find the 4th level minor spell sequencer scroll? I've never been able to find that one but could always find the others. If my main character was a mage, then I wouldn't be asklng

Try either the lady in the back of the Adventurer's Mart, she sells a lot of scrolls. Or the guy on the top 'floor' of the Waukeen's Promenade on the east side (can't remember what the 'icon' name for him is on the map screen. He too sells a lot of scrolls. Hope this helps!

The Merchant tent next to the Genie tent in Trademeet has a couple and the Black Market Merchant in the Bridge District (evenings only) has a few too. Those are the only two places I remember having Minor Spell Sequencer, before chapter 5.
