Killing the Sun stone statue - spoiler

Korgan attacked this statue after being hit by a flamestrike, because I answered falsely. Is it possible to kill the sun stone statue in the temple ruins?

Under normal circumstances, I don't think so, you are suppose to answer the question(so the quest can continue), not kill the statue.

No, I don't think so. You need the statue to fulfill your quest. Just keep reloading (or taking damage) until you get the answers to his questions right, and he will give you something. Put your party's AI off to prevent them attacking the statue

Indeed!! I surrounded it with my party and started to hack away.....and then I start to press [ctrl] + [y] at the same time!!! It just won't die!!!!!

Equip a character with >= 100% Fire Resistance, and blab away to the statue. The Flamestrike( if any) won't hurt you.

Or if you have the Cloak of Mirrors (or spells that give you spell reflecting abilities).

Chances are you won't have the cloak of mirrors at this area, usually you do this area in chapter 2 or 3, and don't get the cloak until chapter 4 I think

Not if you kept your inventory from a previous game on an import character.

It does have thousands of hit points acoording to infinty explorer
