Hi I was wondering what's the easiest way to get rid of the exp. cap. Can I do it within the console or is it just a seperate little patch/program thing?
And if it is where can I get it? Thanks! Oh, and I'm playing the Darkest Day if that makes a difference...

Baldurdash has a good xp remover, it basically just replaces two other files, so back those up before copying over the new ones (just in case) and you're set. Look under Throne of Bhaal tweaks and cheats, or SOA tweaks if you don't have the expansion.
