In Kiser's basement, I was searching around and found a trapped switch, i detrapped it and it said something happened but I searched all around the basement and his home and I couldn't find anything different. (I had already saved the Countess' son.)

Also, where do I use the Elven Holy Water in the Saradush prison to keep the vamps from rising again, and how much holy water do I need? Thanks.

You must place his skull and a necklace into his grave. He will materialize once more, in which you'll be prompted to sprinkle some Elven Holy Water on his grave. Once you've completed this task, the spirit will open a door.

About the switches: You dont need to do Kisers quest(about killing that wizard). Just go down to the basement and have someone detect traps. There should be several switches on the floor, once you have used them all a secret door will open and Kiser will come and fight you...Once he's dead you can find the Countess' son in the secret area.
