Errr.....you mean the "lovers' ring" for the sword puzzle in the sewers? It is not in the cave, it is on the wall before you enter the intersection to the Myconoids cave (ie. south where you get ambush by bunch of holbgoblins), the pathway with the rocky walls.....I think.

there are skeletons hanging from the wall in this area. They are the lovers and have the ring
