Speak up all you Soloists

OK.. I am soloing my way through BG II using a fighter/mage/thief multiclass half-elf, basically because I am too greedy to share the XP and want to see how a high-level character runs.

I imported my old character from BG/TOSC, where I also soloed for the most part, or used the other party members as pack-mules. Having removed the XP-cap i also started at a slightly higher level than normal.

(BTW: soloing though BG was a pain in the ass and I have no idea how many hours I wasted running around with a big party in the hope that more monsters would turn up and then removing everyone from the party at the start of a big battle so that I could hog all the XP)

What I want to know is: How many others are soloing and what are you using???

..I really gotta try it the good old-fashioned way so I can see the interactio of all the different party-members and be a little romantic.

..hmm I think my character is actually a fighter/mage/thief/monk... with one expection being that little run-in with Ms Ambitious-Drow-shag-or-die-and-afterwards-lets-kill-the-matron-mother.
