Riddle in the sewers ?!?

What do I need and where do I get it ?

I tried to figure out, but ....

1. ring from finger of skeleton back several rooms hanging on wall
2. hand from in man hole cover back in the room to the right of where you start
3. staff from those goblins to the north of the bridge
4. blood from the crawler that is that guys pet you talk to.

That guy, being as specific as I can, will tell you the order that you have to click on the pipes. Then read the write up for each pipe to figure out the corresponding one that goes with each item.

I believe it went 3-1-2-4 but it's easy to figure out what they are talking about.
