I was going to save just before I entered Bayjin but forgot
I went right to the huts first and to my very big surprise the light sword was in the chest. This was the first time I got it . tried once before to get it off the buccaneer ghost but settled for the light sheild. |

yeah, it seems that trying to get the light sword in bayjin is alot easier than getting it in the bayjin shallows.

Ya I tried the B ghost about 20 times and the best I got was the wand of 12 stars.
but after nessie i got excalibur out of Davie jones locker. Now I got 3 great swords and only 2 guys that can use them!! |

my wife has a party right now with 2 excaliburs and the murramassa blade. fortunately, it's a party of 7 including a fighter, valk, and samurai, so she was all chuffed.
between us, we've only seen light sword twice (both times I got it), and the muramassa blade twice (both times she got it, once without any samurai or anyone able to dual class over), and that's in two years of both playing (not constantly playing, nor every party getting that far, but you get the point.) |

Reloading for Muramasa is not bad at all, if you're a Templar you can get through to it without a fight, and not much more distance than getting to the Hut in Beyjin--just save on the stairs that go all the way up to the Zoo, and the walk isn't very long, just a bit complex. I usually get it within 5 tries.

i admit, once i tried that. i reloaded the queen's chest 12 times and never got the muramassa. i think i'll try variol's suggestion (reload the trang assassin) next time.

That won't get you Muramasa; rather, Bushido, which is nice, but nothing to compare.
