Can you help me with three numbered tumblers at a door where two t'rang guards are in lower martens bluff?

The magic number is 740. Various T'Rang carry papers with part of the number on them. Knowing this will save time and effort in tracking them down

However, you won't find anything wonderful beyond the door. And it's better to stay on the good side of the T'rang so you can ally with them and do quests for money and experience.
