Green alter in Trynton?

What item is needed for the green alter in front of a door in the trynton tree? Also, what do I do in the room with a bamboo gate in front of a chest in the bamboo tree?

You need the Zuzu Petals from the dragon-head in the room where you found the vines (hope that's right, maybe someone else can confirm that?) and the Mystery Potion you can buy from Fuzzfass. Go to the 7th bough, use the Zuzu Petals and then the Mystery Potion. You will meet the Shaman, who tells you to find the Idol in Marten's Bluff. That's what goes on the "wedding cake", and the shaman (he's waiting inside) will give you the key for the building above the one you're interested in. You can go down through a hole... voila!

Pyrates - you were almost right. The vines come from the Trynton Sanctuary near Fuzzfas' place. The ZuZu petals come from a room just past the Trynton Zoo -- which I suppose was a cute mnemonic they decided to put in. [img]smile.gif[/img]
