I have noticed people have some nice pictures appearing with their names on the left side of posts. Where do these come from? Does Ironworks have a file of them? I need a better Samurai picture for my name to appear. Anyone have suggestions? And how come I don't have the picture I entered into my profile appear with my posts?

The one that appears under yer name is a "title picture" based on how often you post.
