Hi friends. I am experiencing alot of lockups with
wizardry and I try virtually EVERYTHING to stop the
madness. I heard that some people (who had the same
problems) tried running the game with the no-cd crack
and it removed the lockups. I'd like to know where I can
get the no-cd fix. I tried many places but the fix seems to
be corrupted. Its an .ace format and winace keep repeting
me the file is corrupted. I tried many place to download the file
but all the places were pointing to the same file/link. the
best place I know is gamecopyworld.com but thats where the file
is broken. Anyone can help me with that problem? Ive been trying
to make the game work for the last 2 days and I cant stand this anymore...78$CAN down the drain till I get it to work. (It all started in Arnika area...worst than any other places.

Thanks for helping !

You should ask Sir Tech for some help here... if you are having such a serious problem, maybe you are not alone and I am certain they will want to know about it.

Unfortunatly, they dont seem to care. We have a BUNCH of people
crying out loud their LOCKUP problems but sir-tech doesnt show
any presence. Theirs a thread with over 240 replies about constant lockup. People tried everything. I did too. If you have the patience to read the entire thread, you will notice, it is not a drivers problems or anything like that. We all run any other games PREFECTLY but this game has a big lockup problem that none of us can spot. All sir-tech says about that is : upgrade your drivers etc etc.. None of us has the same system specs.anyway...all I want is the no-cd crack. thats all. Thanks.

The 1.00B no cd patch works from Ganecopy world. You may need a later version of winace.

"all I want is the no-cd crack. thats all"

And what would be your motivation for that? How is a no-CD going to prevent your system from locking up?

Many lookup can come from the fact you have a CD burner installed. Try or to remove the bruner or to make it as a slave and add your primary CD-ROM (<- yes ROM) on an independent ATA channel AND alone!

Run the games form a standard old fashion CD-ROM drive and not from burners!

I am running it from a burner thats why I wanted the no-cd crack cause I heard some warning about burners. So now I run it with the no-cd crack... My game still crashed and I had to ctrl-alt-del the thing to get out. Im lucky it dosent entirely freeze like some people. Think I still should unplug my burner? With the no-cd fix I dont think it even try to access my burner but im not an atomic bomb scientist so I might be wrong... any idea?

Simply try to unplug the burner. Remeber that windows still load the drivers for it, so if you remove it windows will not try to load the drivers.
