How to make class change? Who and Where can make class change?

Doing it by memory, since it's been 3 weeks since I have played - but go in so you can see your character info, click on his current class, and I believe there it can change.

As to who and where - anyone can change class at any time if I remember correctly.

I thought you could only change classes during leveling up. That is where I always remembered having that option. Click on the class and the game will tell you which class you are eligible for..

I've only done it once, but I think you can only change classes when you are leveling up. Click the leveling icon. At the first screen, just below your name, is your class. Click on it until you reach the class desired. Then start using your points.
