Light sword and avenger

Where is the Avenger sword? I know the chests are random, but is there anyplace where you will get this sword?

Is there any other place besides the Bayjin Shallows where you can get the light sword? I'm already passed the Buccaneer ghosts, and have no save point to go back to.

Do the chest reset wants inside them when you reload the game or is it set when you enter the area? If thats the case you can just reset the area. Or is it set from when you enter the area for the First time?

The only place it is listed on cpommer's list of items is in "Marten's Chest" but I'm unsure exactly where that chest is. I would presume it is either in the room with Marten's diary or in the tomb with Marten.

There is a chest in Bayjin proper in one of the huts where you can sometimes find it. That is the only other place it is listed on cpommer's item list.

It is set from the first time you enter an area and cannot be reset without going back to a save from before entering the area and trying again.
