I use to frequent all 5 (known to me) wizardry boards. I'm not a kid and I can say that I have some experience regarding computers and electronic communication.
That's why I must say that I LOVE that this board is moderated! It simply feels better being in a place where people roughly seem to know how to behave. Yes, I like that, call it good vibrations, whatever. |

Certainly not! I was a kid too after all.
I just don't like watching &%$ throwing mud at people who can't defend themselves. Active moderators tend to prevent this. |

Hi all!-
I've been lurking here for a couple weeks and got Wiz 8 10 days ago. I just wanted to register/delurk to concur with this thread. After spending the last 45 days or so on the Civ3 forums I have to say that this is a breath of fresh air. Also, even though I'm "just a lurker", I stopped lurking all the other Wiz8 forums after a few visits for the very reasons mentioned above. This forum is great! Of course it doesn't hurt that Wiz8 is also great! The game has been really fun so far, my levl 10 party is trying to fight its way into the Mines right now. What a challenge, I really like the strategy and tactics of the combat system. We've come a long way from when I used to play Proving Ground on my PCjr. Thanks for being a great gaming community. |

I'll add my concurrence! I'm a member of a couple of other gaming forums. This looks by far to be the friendliest, most helpfull, most mature (and that includes the teenagers here). Glad to be here, and thanks to the mods and members for having such a great board!
