When you first ascend up the spiralling walkway in Upper Trynton, a Giant Bat will fly by. I tried killing it numerous times, but it has alot of hp, and it always runs away after I initiate combat.
Has anyone been able to kill it? Does it give you something good? |

if you have the water magic paralyze, try that on him, then you can whack him all you want...as long as your spell succeded, hope that your character is skilled in water magic. But then, even if you cast it at level 3 it should still hold him for some time. Anyways, that's how i beat it.

Heh. My bat's stuck against a tree far away from the path, and he's well out of bow range. He just sits there flapping away, trying to fly through the tree.
