Is it possible to create custom races and classes in DC?Half-ogres,Jesters and what not for the purposes of re-creating alternate worlds such as Dark Sun or including alternate classes(like the ones that used to appear in Dragon magazine)?Am i asking too much here?

This is not possibe yet, but hopefully will be implemented when DC is nearer compleation.
