I did it! I completed BG1 without ever reloading! Wish me luck in BG2!

congrats. Did you lose any party members? What was your final party at the end?

Some of my NPCs died along the way, but nobody was chunked.

I had Gnick O'Thyme, my Gnome Cleric/Illusionist, along with Imoen (dualled to Conjuror at level 5), Jaheira, Khalid, Kivan and Coran.

I had TotSC installed, but never completed any of the expansion areas. Gnick, in the end, fell about 30,000 XP short of the cap, but will enter BG2 with awesome stats (I used all of the tomes on him except CHA, and he's got 19 in all physical stats and a 20 INT and WIS).

I'll get a link (if it's okay with the mods) to another site detailing Gnick's adventures.

Yes, it's a "challenge" on that site I linked to earlier.

LOL! Imoen and I using ranged attacks were my best chance. I filled up that party with NPCs even if I didn't plan on keeping them.
