Godlike from my experience is the best XP cap remover out there. It requires VB6 package files to run which weigh in at 2MB (pretty damned small). They are here
http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG/VB6pkg.exe

And then Godlike itself can be downloaded from
http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG/GODLIKE112.exe

You're kidding, right? A 2meg DL AND a DL of VB6 just to remove the XP cap?
Just go here for the Ease-of-Use mod.....

well, if that's what u like, but after reading it does a lot more than remove the xp cap. I don't like how much easier it makes the game, it's not really a dificult game anyway, so I'll stick with Godlike myself. But, whatever works for you.
Dragonshadow, just read through things for the both of them and pick whichever works for you.

Ease-of-Use is a WeiDu mod.....which means you can load any part of it you want.

IIRC it goes like this..
vanilla BG = 89,000 xp cap
TotSC =160,000 xp cap
EoU mod = has 3 choices 500,000
1,000,000
2,000,000 xp caps

I presume you would need to play for a VERY long time to get to 2million XP. The game may also have a level cap, but I'm not sure.
