....Quentin Tarantino is one of the gods when it comes to violent/cool/good movies..

Or so I thought untill I saw the piece of crap movie that is Kill Bill....
The directing was good, but thats about it, the cast sucks ass, the violence was stupid, it looked like people had hoses for blood vessels, fighting was craptastic, I laughed many times throughout the movie, but only once was it in response to a joke, the rest of the time, I was laughing at the moronic scene.....

Anyways, I don't understand how anyone liked this film, the storyline is good and has potential for a great movie, it was just acted out poorly in my opinion.

It's a Tarantino thing. Seriously, he's good at what he does, he's just incredibly limited at what he can do. I thought there were some excellent bits in the movie, just none of them involved fighting. If you thought the fighting was lame in vol 1, wait 'til you see vol 2. I think he was opting for "less is more".

Action isn't Tarantino's talent. It's the bits before and after.

It's not a movie to be taken seriously. If you go in expecting lots of killing and some banter, you'll like it. It was over the top on purpose.

Actually, you were supposed to laugh at the scenes that aren't obviously a joke. I myself had a blast while watching both Kill Bill 1 and 2.

Er, i thought it was the biggest anti-climax i've seen in a film for a long time. That's just me though.
