Questions about 'Underworld' (spoilers)

For the record, I am talking about the Vampire movie here
I was just watching the directors cut of this movie, and I was wondering a few things:

-Early in the movie, Selene tells Kraven that she suspects the Lycans are following Micheal. He reacts with a "there is no way Lucian would be interested in a Human". And this is before anyone (save Kraven himself) knows Lucian is alive. Selene doesn't really seem to pick up on this, so I was wondering if it was just a really stupid stupid mistake on the part of the plot writers.

-With all the fighting near the end, things get a little confusing. Was Raze the Lycan that got killed by Victor? They're pretty hard to tell appart.

Maybe that was a clue for the audience as opposed to a mistake. I recall that scene but I thought he said "There's no way the lycans would be interested...".

Victor killed the big man who took the whirling blades of death to the chest earlier in the movie...can't remember the guy's name, though...

There are several dialogues concerning this matter, and in one of them he mentions Lucian. And yes, Raze was the guy who took the blades in the chest. It could be a clue, but I think everyone already knows he is a turncoat at that point. (he has a meeting with Lucian early in the movie) A pity he died, he was one of the coolest characters from the movie. [img]smile.gif[/img]
